Return Period: We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be UNUSED and in original packaging.
- All components and accessories must be included.
- The item must show no signs of wear, washing, or handling beyond inspection.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used calming treats, chews, or consumable products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Items damaged due to misuse.
- Clearance or final sale products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.
- A prepaid label may be provided depending on the case.
Refund Process: Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within the first 12 hours before processing begins.
